Fremont is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fremont follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is one of the best Vietnamese banh mi baguettes I’ve had recently! The bread has a perfect balance of softness and slight crunch, toasted to absolute perfection. It melts in your mouth with an almost cloud‑like texture.

I decided to get a Vietnamese sandwich here after work and the one I got is very good. Very affordable coming here if you’re looking for cheap options from the food court. My only concern is that they didn’t cut the sandwich in half like what some other restaurants do, but it’s ok. That’s not going to bother me much. I think there is an option from the kiosk to remove those jalapeños I think because it really was spicy and I don’t really prefer something too spicy. Anyways, hopefully the place stays there.

I love this little Vietnamese eatery inside 99 Ranch in the Warm Springs area of Fremont. The food and drinks are always tasty, well made, and filling. I've never had anything bad here. I love their banh mi sandwiches.

Cay Café in Fremont has been one of our favorites since the day they first opened, and they’ve been consistently amazing ever since. The barbecue pork bánh mì is absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful pork marinated in a perfect balance of sweet and savory, all tucked into freshly made, soft-yet-crispy bread. You can really taste the freshness, and knowing they make their own barbecue pork makes it even better. We’ve also tried the crunchy pork bánh mì, and that one is just as tasty, especially with the crispy skin adding great texture. Honestly, what’s not to like? Their drinks are just as impressive. The Viet phin-dripped coffee with house condensed milk is rich and satisfying. The coconut smoothie with phin-dripped black coffee definitely gives a nice energy boost (in the best way!), and the blended fresh mango smoothie with whole milk is smooth, refreshing, and full of flavor. The employees are always friendly, the wait time is short, and there’s plenty of seating available, plus a nearby restroom—which is always a nice bonus. We always enjoy coming here and will definitely keep coming back!

Casual food court setting with 5 star quality from food, service to affordability. Very good Meatball Banh Mi with good serving portion, flavorful meat, and fresh ingredients. Reasonable priced at $8.50. Yummy Grilled Pork Spring Rolls and Nem Nuong Rolls. Also quality ingredients. Priced at $7.50 per order. Each order came with 2 rolls. Their drinks were also very good. They definitely pay attention to what their serve and it shows. Reasonably priced and nice friendly staff who were happy to help.
